Certified Legal Nurse Consultant Margie Combs started her nursing career in 1984 as an LPN. Margie Combs continued her training in nursing to better care for those in need of health services. She received her Degree in Nursing from Marian College School of Nursing in 1988.
In the course of her nursing career she has received training and certifications that increased her ability to care for those in need of medical care, and to share her knowledge and professional experience with others in the medical field.
In 2009, Margie Combs became a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. She found the need for her nursing expertise in the legal field. As a nurse who has worked with direct patient care, as a personal RN assistant for busy physicians, surgical, emergency, and hospice care, and a nursing director, Margie Combs can give a clear coherent picture of a patient’s care from pertinent medical records, CPT codes, ICD9 codes, physician notes, and the institution’s procedure manuals.
